As far as I know, there doesn't seem to be any workaround or fix at the moment. With regards FSLogix are you using the latest released version? Hi, All - Sorry to hear that you are having issues!
Can you please share the Citrix support case numbers where the logs are available or please help open a Citrix support case? Kindly share the case numbers with us, we are following up internally. I have the same issue. Disconnecting the session for security reasons. The following error occurred: 5.
I was not able to reproduce or force the status but users get from time to time in this situation. I think your best bet is to create a support case yourself, so Citrix gets more attention to that problem.

Posted June 10, Hello eveyone, after we migrated our Citrix infrastructure to LTSR, which in retrospect was not the smartest thing to do, we encounter some issues. A typical scenario could be: user close the laptop, which put it in energy saving mode, while the session was still open but not necessarily and maybe disconnect the USB-C docking station user go to another device, e.
Most of the time the session is not open on the laptop, so the user start as normally by login in to Storefront and start its desktop. Now there are serveral different outgoings: user connect to its old open session. Everything is fine. Before the was the normal behavior Citrix "lost" the session and start a new one: if user is on FSLogix the user couldn't proceed, because FSLogix can't load the virtual profil disk, as it's already in use by the old session there was this special occurrence where a user was directed to the same VDA as its old session was.
So the vhd was loaded to that machine but the session was broken too. Some settings aren't set, programs doesn't work as expected or maybe the network drives are just gone Apparently the profile management and the VDA version doesn't matter.
At the moment our environment looks like this: Virtual infrastructure on VMware vSphere 7. Netscaler is placed in DMZ. Kind regards. Share this post Link to post. Recommended Posts. Mark this reply as best answer, if it answered your question.
